We ask that you remove all debris from the surface of the carpeting so that we can get a deep and thorough clean. It will also help if you vacuum before our arrival. Remove any delicate items that can accidentally be broken as well. You can leave furniture such as bookcases, fish tanks, dressers, and beds.

• Should I Contact My Insurance Company About Water Damage?

Yes, your insurance company will need to know about the water damage as soon as possible so that you can make a claim. You can then contact us to begin the restoration process. Our team of restoration experts will work alongside your insurance provider to get an inspection of the property done, start restoration work, and file a claim. 

• How Long Does Water Restoration Take?

The process is done in two parts. The first part is the drying and cleaning of the area affected by the flood. This generally takes a few days to complete. The next part is performing any repairs that are needed and the time it takes depends on the extent of the damage. You can expect about a week in most cases.
